Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese practice that has been practiced for over 2,000 years. It is the practice of inserting needles into specific points to treat specific diseases, disorders, aches, or pains.

What to expect:

During your initial treatment your health history is reviewed. We will discuss symptoms, health, and lifestyle. A tongue and pulse diagnosis is done to properly treat each person.

The combined information allows me to effectively use Chinese diagnosis and detect any imbalances that may be contributed to any health problems.

Once the imbalances are detected, I will place fine, sterile needles at specific acupoints along the energy pathways. This safe and painless insertion of needles can unblock the obstruction and balance Qi where it has become unbalanced. Once this is done, Qi can freely circulate throughout the body, providing adequate nourishment to cells, organs, glands, tissues, and muscles. This can eliminate pain and restore balance and harmony, as well as the body’s ability to heal itself—ultimately leading to optimal health and well-being.

Up to 24 hours after your treatment, the acupuncture will continue to improve your condition. Acupuncture is not an instant fix. Depending on your condition, you may feel immediate relief, you may also need treatments for weeks, months, or years to reach you health goal.

Testimonials

I've always heard how great acupuncture is and all of the amazing benefits it provides but, I've always been a skeptic...that is until I met Ginny and had my first treatment. She is thorough, professional, listens, and asks questions. Her knowledge of the treatments and points are amazing. I highly recommend you to see her as she will really help you with what you need.

Conniee G.

This was my very first time getting acupuncture done. I am 36 weeks pregnant and my whole pregnancy I've been extremely uncomfortable and in the last couple weeks the lower back and hip pain have become almost unbearable at times. Ginny is so friendly and listens to all the details of the pains you've been having. After my very first session, I went home and took the best nap! I felt so much relief from the tension in my hips and lower back. This is probably the best I've felt my whole pregnancy. I highly recommend going to Ginny for any aches and pains!

SAAT Allergy Treatment

SAAT is a single procedure that often clears or significantly reduces many symptoms of allergies. Allergic reaction occurs when the immune system overreacts to a substance. SAAT teaches the body and the immune system to not overstrain.

The procedure is the same for everyone, but location where the 0.12 mm gauge needs is unique. Using bio energetic testing to find the specific location is simple. A specific energetic vial is used to confirm allergy/allergies. Once location is determined using a point locator, the intradermal needle(s) is placed.

During the session, a maximum of 4 intradermal needles will be placed, bandaged, and glued to your ear. After 3 weeks, bio energetic testing is done again to check the reaction. If allergy is still active, additional weeks may be needed. Depending on the severity, the allergic reaction may be cleared completely, or may have reduced severity. Results can vary for each person and each allergy.
